Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER,
Return requests need to be within receiving the product. We will need video as a proof of opening sealed product.
We will not entertain delayed video/ date post seal once broken.
Your Pickup will be done in 2-3 working days.
All returned products must be unused or unconsumed or undamaged, and return with the original packing and tags when we receive it. Items without tags will not be accepted.
The refund is subject to your returns met the above condition else returns will not be accepted and sent back to you
The entire Return Process, from ‘raising the request till the refund is initiated’ might take up to 10-15 working days.
In case you receive a damaged / defective product, return request under ‘Product Damaged’ category should be placed within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us Video of the damaged / defective product. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.

COD Charges (Rs.60) are non-refundable.
Rs.100 will be charged for Reverse Shipping Charges for all the Refund Methods. (effective from 31.03.2021.)
MODE OF REFUND
Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the same account from which order has been placed or through store credit. Once we receive the product, the amount will be initiated in the next 24 – 48 hours. Your money will be reflected in your account in 5-7 working days.
COD Orders: The amount will be transferred to the Bank Account mentioned while placing the Return Request or through store credit and your amount will be reflected in your account within 7 working days of the details.
Store Credit: In case of wrong bank details, intimation will be sent for the same. If we don’t receive the reply for the same in 7 days the amount will be generated as a store credit and you’ll receive an email notification for the same.
*Store Credits will be credited to your wallet within 2 working days after the order has been received by us.

*Once the refund processed to the Escatic Wallet it will not be reversed to your bank account.
